Our Services

Delos reviews unpaid commercial invoice claims and related information to determine whether Delos may purchase, pursue, support, or otherwise assist with a claim. Submitting information to Delos does not guarantee that Delos will make an offer, purchase a claim, provide funding, collect any amount, or take any particular action.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts and Login

Some features may require an account or login. You agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your Responsibilities

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right and authority to submit it. You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, confidential, infringing, or unauthorized information. You are responsible for ensuring that any claim documents, invoice details, debtor information, or related materials may lawfully be shared with Delos.

Claim Review and Offers

Any indication of interest, estimate, offer, or preliminary communication from Delos is non-binding unless and until Delos and the appropriate parties sign a written agreement. Delos may decline, pause, or end review of any claim at any time.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Delos AI Inc. about your claim intake, claim purchase review, purchase offers, status updates, follow-up questions, document reminders, and support requests.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not required to submit a claim. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may get help by replying HELP or contacting support@delosintelligence.com. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or services to violate law, submit fraudulent claims, impersonate another person or entity, infringe third-party rights, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website without permission, transmit malicious code, or misuse any account, login, form, API, or communication channel.

No Legal, Financial, Tax, or Collection Advice

Information provided by Delos through the website, account features, email, SMS, or other communications is for business and informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or collection advice. No attorney-client, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by submitting a claim or communicating with Delos.
